Hi! I’m Isabel, a folk herbalist based in Melbourne, and the founder of Nettle and Rose.
My herbal journey began three years ago when I was pregnant with my first baby. I quickly realised that many baby/family products contained harmful chemicals, and that is when I decided to create a natural alternative and began crafting my own remedies.

The more I explored, the deeper I became immersed in the plant medicine world. What started as a personal journey quickly grew into a passion for creating handmade herbal products. After three babies and countless formulas tested and used at home, my husband, Reece, and I decided to share the magick of plant-based healing with others. Together, we’ve poured our hearts into this path and created offerings that we believe will nourish and empower families.

Our intention at Nettle and Rose is to foster sovereign healing by connecting people with the natural world and sharing the wisdom of plants with our community. We approach every creation with love, intention, and respect, ensuring all of our products are made with organic and high-quality ingredients.
