A: Use as needed. For nappy rash it can be applied to clean, dry skin each nappy change until symptoms disappear (usually 24 to 48hrs). It can also be used as a preventative if you're out for a busy day and know nappy changes may be less frequent than usual, especially for reusable nappies or night nappies.
For general rashes or dry patches, you can apply multiple times daily as well.
